Scope of Delivery
You will receive larger wall decals packed in long, stable boxes. For safe shipping, we wrap them on a sturdy cardboard tube (made from recycled material).
Delivery Time
All our products are only made especially for you after your payment has been received. You will not receive stock items!
We work Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and will process your order as quickly as possible. We then hand over the packaged goods to our logistics partner DHL or Deutsche Post.
The delivery time is 1-4 working days within Germany, 2-10 working days in EU countries and 5-21 working days outside of Europe.
Please remember that we have no influence on the transit times of the parcel services.
The time until you receive your order is the sum of the production time after receipt of payment plus the time required for delivery.
VAT Exemption
An order without sales tax is possible under the following conditions:
When shipping to EU countries, it is only possible to issue a net invoice to companies. Here we need your VAT ID from you.
When shipping to non-EU countries, such as Switzerland, it is possible to issue a net invoice to companies and private individuals. For companies we need the VAT ID, for private individuals at best a completed export certificate, which we will be happy to send to you by email.
When accepting the packages, the country's own sales tax, customs duty and clearance are due. Customs fees vary depending on sales and country.

Transport Damage
If your package arrives badly damaged, do not accept the package. Please always notify us in case of damage.
