Would you like to return part of your order or the entire order? Please keep in mind that all of our wall tattoos, window films, iron-on transfers, murals and 3D printing products are only made especially for you after we have received your order. You will not receive stock items! Therefore, make a conscious decision, also for the sake of the environment, which products you order.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, there are goods that cannot be revoked when purchased. There are no warranty rights if you accidentally provided incorrect information when placing your order, e.g. B. in relation to the item, size or color. Therefore, please check your order very carefully before you send it off. Under this link you will find the complete cancellation policy.
If you have any complaints, please contact us before you return the goods.

Return Costs
Please note that you bear the direct costs of returning the goods in accordance with the EU directive of June 13, 2014. Please send the goods back to us with sufficient postage.
The return is of course free of charge for you if the goods are damaged or do not correspond to those ordered. In this case, please send us photos of the damage to info@wandalas.de
Packages:
Please email us at info@wandalas.de with your invoice number, what you would like to return and the reason for the return. You will then receive a return label from us. Please print this out, pack the goods in the original box and stick the label on it. Bring it to the post office.
ATTENTION: We do not accept freight collect shipments and will be sent back to you directly by DHL or your shipping service provider. DHL charges a penalty postage of at least EUR 15.00 for this. Other service providers may incur higher costs.
The return costs of EUR 6.95 (per return slip used) will be passed on and offset against the refund.
Refund
A used discount/voucher expires if the minimum purchase value is not reached due to a partial return.
ATTENTION: Please do not use goods that you would like to exchange. Since used goods become unusable, we cannot refund you the amount.
We will refund you once your return has been received and inspected. The corresponding credit amount will be refunded to the payment method selected in your original order no later than 14 working days after receipt of the return.
Of course, we are happy if you order something new for returned items, or if you only return part of your order. We will then offset or reimburse the corresponding part/amount. If the transfer has already taken place, the payment amount for the returned items will be credited to your bank account.

Transport Damage
If your package arrives badly damaged, do not accept the package or hand it in at a Post/DHL branch within 7 working days of receipt of the shipment. Please fill out a damage report there and we can refund you the invoice amount after the post office/DHL has answered, or we will send your order again. Please always notify us in case of damage.
